These terms govern the use of the mobile applications, web resources, booking agents and transportation aggregates provided by Bengaluru Transporter Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us").

1. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register a valid customer account. Users must verify their phone numbers through a One-Time Password (OTP). You agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your authentication details.

2. Services Provided

We are a licensed digital transportation aggregator. We do not own vehicles directly. We connect certified drivers holding commercial vehicle permits with registered customers via our custom matching algorithms.

3. Payments & Billing

Fare structures are dynamic and calculated based on base-fare, trip distance, duration and peak demand rules. Payments processed online are secured via third-party gateways (specifically Razorpay). If payments fail, the passenger remains liable to complete the payment via cash to the driver partner.

4. Safety and Liability

While we mandate rigorous background checks for all drivers, customers are advised to verify vehicle plate numbers and OTP validations before embarking on trips. The aggregate liability of Bengaluru Transporter Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for travel incidents is limited by the state policies.

Your privacy is of vital importance. This document details how we collect, store, and process your demographic, transaction, and coordinate data.

1. Information We Collect

• Identity Data: Full name, phone number, email address.
• Geographical Coordinates: Pickup, dropoff, route tracks and background location access during bookings.
• Financial Logs: Transaction authorization IDs and method tags (Cards/UPI details are securely processed directly by Razorpay and never stored on our servers).

2. How We Use Data

We utilize location coordinates exclusively to match you with nearby cabs and project live routes. Contact details are used to alert driver partners and forward transactional invoices.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

Your pickup location is shared with the matched driver. Payment detail authorizations are routed directly to Razorpay gateway modules. We do not lease, rent, or sell passenger analytics to marketing aggregates.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User

Users may cancel bookings at any time. However, to compensate driver partners for fuel and dispatch time, the following cancellation penalties apply:

• Cancellation within 3 minutes of allocation: No Charge.
• Cancellation after 3 minutes, or when driver arrives at pickup spot: Flat ₹50 (billed automatically to your next ride or payment balance).

2. Auto-Cancellations

If the matched driver does not reach your pickup spot within 10 minutes of the promised ETA, the system triggers auto-assignment to a different vehicle or lets you cancel without any penalty.

3. Refund Resolution Timeline

In cases of double-deduction or ride failures where the booking was terminated prior to start, refunds are processed back to the original source instrument. According to Razorpay protocol rules, refund settlements are executed within 5 to 7 business banking days.
